informed us according to sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany,
ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have fallen below the threshold of 3% of
the voting rights on September 16, 2010 and on that day amounted to 2.70%
(this corresponds to 397,261 voting rights.
