Sponda Plc Stock Exchange Release 27 September 2010 at 12:25 pm Sponda sells office building in Turku for EUR 15 million Real estate investment company Sponda Plc has sold an office building in the centre of Turku at Kauppiaskatu 9 B for some EUR 15 million to real estate counsellor Heikki Vaiste. The property, with about 7,300 square metres of leasable premises, contains retail premises as well as offices. Selling the property is part of Sponda's active development of its property portfolio, recycling assets to improve the value of the company's property portfolio and its yield potential. The funds obtained from the sale will be used to finance Sponda's current property development projects. Sponda is recording capital gains of some EUR 1 million on the sale.
