Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:

We hereby give notice pursuant to § 21 para 1 WpHG that we have fallen
below the threshold of 3 per cent of the voting rights in KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165 Augsburg on September 21,
2010 (based on transfer of ownership). We have now 0 per cent of the voting
rights (0 votes).



On September 23, 2010, Wyser-Pratte Management Co. Inc., New York, NY, USA,
informed us in accordance with § 21 para. 1 German Securities Trading Act
('WpHG') as follows:

We hereby give notice pursuant to § 21 para 1 WpHG that we have fallen
below the threshold of 5 per cent of the voting rights in KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165 Augsburg on September 21,
2010 (based on transfer of ownership). We have now 4.7374 per cent of the
voting rights (1,606,701 votes). These voting rights are attributed to us
pursuant to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no 6 WpHG.



On September 23, 2010, Mr. Guy Wyser-Pratte, USA, informed us in accordance
with § 21 para. 1 German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:

I hereby give notice pursuant to § 21 para 1 WpHG that I have fallen below
the threshold of 5 per cent of the voting rights in KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165 Augsburg on September 21,
2010 (based on transfer of ownership). I have now 4.7374 per cent of the
voting rights (1,606,701 votes). These voting rights are attributed to us
pursuant to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no 6, sentence 2 WpHG.
