that via shares its Voting Rights on STADA Arzneimittel AG, Bad Vilbel,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007251803, WKN: 725180, crossed below the threshold
of 3 % of the Voting Rights on September 28, 2010, and on that day amounted
to 2,84 % (this corresponds to 1673663 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of WpHG, 2,84 % of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1673663 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.

On September 28, 2010, Mr Jamie Dinan, New York, USA, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on STADA Arzneimittel AG, Bad Vilbel, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0007251803, WKN: 725180, crossed below the threshold of 3 % of the Voting
Rights on September 28, 2010, and on that day amounted to 2,84 % (this
corresponds to 1673663 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2,84 %
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1673663 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Jamie Dinan in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
