On September 29, 2010, JP Morgan Asset Management (Taiwan) Limited, Taipei,
Taiwan  has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005545503, WKN: 554550, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on September 23, 2010 and on that day amounted to 4.01% (this corresponds
to 2130392 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.18% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 93993 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  .
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 3.83% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 2036399 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company  .
