On September 27, 2010, Pinelake International Limited, Douglas, Isle of Man
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche EuroShop AG, Hamburg, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0007480204, WKN: 748020, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on July 8, 2010 and on that day amounted to 3.81% (this corresponds
to 1679821 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG and
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of
the WpHG, 3.81% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1679821 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to the company via Karoo Investment Fund S.C.A.
SICAV-SIF and Karoo Investment S.a.r.l.

On September 27, 2010, Pinelake International Limited, Douglas, Isle of Man
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche EuroShop AG, Hamburg, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0007480204, WKN: 748020, have fell below the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on September 14, 2010 and on that day amounted to 2.89% (this
corresponds to 1326996 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG and
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of
the WpHG, 2.89% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1326996 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
