On September 01, 2010, Mr Wolfgang Fuhrmann, Deutschland  has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on INTERNOLIX AG, Seligenstadt, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006227309,
WKN: 622730, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% limit of the Voting
Rights on December 23, 2004 and on that day amounted to 17.12% (this
corresponds to 2326105 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 17.12%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2326105 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Fuhrmann from Tie Targa International Ltd. and from Graf
zu Solms Wildenfels VermÃ¶gensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH.
