informs you that on September 24, 2010 its voting share in Heidelberger
Druckmaschinen AG, Heidelberg, Germany, ISIN DE0007314007, Securities Code
Number (WKN) 731400 exceeded the thresholds of 3 percent and 5 percent and
that its voting share amounted to 5.1679 percent or 12,058,390 voting
rights on this date.
Thereof 0.1337 percent or 311,875 voting rights by BNP Paribas Arbitrage
SNC, Paris, France and 0.0429 percent or 100,000 voting rights by Fortis
Bank SA, Brussels, Belgium, were attributed to BNP PARIBAS according to
Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act

Number (WKN) 731400, fell below the thresholds of 5 percent and 3 percent
and its voting share amounted to 0 percent or 0 voting rights on this date.
