Exercise Period for SinterCast Warrants Successfully Completed


[Stockholm, 6 October 2010] - SinterCast has successfully completed the exercise
period for warrants that entitled subscription for new shares in the Company.
Every two warrants entitled the holder to subscribe to one new share at SEK 25
per share.

In total, 904,540 of the 925,483 warrants were exercised, resulting in 452,270
new shares, corresponding to 97.7% of the outstanding warrants. The successful
completion of the warrant programme has resulted in a cash injection of SEK
11.3 million, prior to administrative costs.  The Administrative costs are
expected to be approximately SEK 0.1 million.

The  exercised warrants increase the number of shares by 452,270, resulting in a
new  total number  of SinterCast  shares of  6,930,653 - an  increase of 7.0%.
Likewise,  the share  capital has  increased by  SEK 452,270 to  a total  of SEK
6,930,653.

As  soon as  the increase  in share  capital has  been registered by the Swedish
Companies  Registration Office, the interim shares will be converted to shares.
The new shares are estimated to be accessible on accounts and subject to trading
on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm before the end of October 2010.
