notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on September 30, 2010 its
voting rights in Wirecard AG, Grasbrunn/Munich, Germany fell below the
threshold of 5% and amounted to 4.99 % (5,079,450 voting rights). These
voting rights of 4.99 % (5,079,450 voting rights) were attributable to
International Value Advisers, LLC according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1,
number 6 WpHG.
