As HENAAC Luminary awardees, Pinos and Quinto were recognized for leading, collaborating and initiating key programs and research within their organizations and as individuals who are highly respected by their peers and management, are valuable authorities in their fields and are blazing the trail for future generations of engineers and scientists.
Pinos is a program manager for post-production in the company's Technical Services sector in Linthicum, Md., specializing in program management and logistics support of sophisticated military electronics hardware. He is responsible for after-market support for international customers of the company's air defense and air traffic control radar systems.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in systems science engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master degree in business administration from Pepperdine University.
Quinto is an electrical systems design engineer in the company's Aerospace Systems sector in El Segundo, Ca. Working on the Navy Unmanned Combat Air System Demonstration (UCAS-D) program, he is responsible for the overall electrical systems of the X-47B air vehicle in the mission test control center.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from California State University, Los Angeles and is pursuing his Master of Science degree in electrical engineering.
Sanjuana is an embedded software engineer at the company's Electronics Systems sector in Rolling Meadows, Ill., responsible for applying appropriate standards, processes, procedures and tools throughout the system development life cycle to support the generation of engineering applications and products.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering from Northwestern University.
Orellana is a systems engineer in the company's Electronics System sector in Annapolis, Md. He is the lead integrator of the Model Driven Engineering (MDE) methodology for a variety of underseas systems projects and serves as a champion of the MDE methodology throughout the corporation.
