Strategic Mining Clarifies Stock Structure as a Fully Reporting Company


CHEYENNE, Wyo., Oct. 14, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Strategic Mining Corp. (Pink Sheets:SMNG) has been a fully reporting company since June 30, 2010 and is under the jurisdiction of the SEC. The company is required by law to file quarterly reports (10Q) and annual reports (10K) that are reviewed by the company, by its security's attorney and by independent auditors. These reports are posted on edgar.sec.gov, on www.otcmarkets.com (financial section), and on the company's website, www.strategicminingcorp.com .

Strategic Mining has also filed a Form 10 with the SEC on April 30, 2010 to move to the Bulletin Board. Two amendments (10A) have been filed since then based on comments from the SEC. All company information must be fully disclosed such as share structure, financials, contracts, and mining operations. All share issuances are subject to a minimum hold period of six months. Any restricted stock issued prior to April 30, 2010 would not be eligible to trade until November 30, 2010.
