Accelerated growth: InVision Software AG increases revenues in Q3 2010 by
50%

  - Record 9M revenues
  - EBIT Q3 app. 0.5 million EUR

Ratingen (Germany), October 15th, 2010 - According to preliminary figures,
InVision Software AG (ISIN: DE0005859698), a leading international provider
of enterprise-wide workforce management solutions, has increased revenues
by app. 50% to app. EUR 4.2 million in Q3 2010 (Q3 2009: EUR 2.8 million).
In the first nine months of 2010 revenues are expected to rise up by app.
16% to app. EUR 10.7 million (9M 2009: EUR 9.2 million). Based on its
preliminary figures for the first nine months of 2010, the EBIT is
projected to be improved by app. EUR 4 million to app. EUR -0.2 million (9M
2009: EUR -4.2 million). During the third quarter 2010, the EBIT will be at
app. EUR 0.5 million (Q3 2009: -1.3 million).

According to the preliminary numbers, licence revenues totalled app. EUR
4.2 million in the first nine months of 2010. This represents app. 20
percent increase compared to the first nine months of 2009 (9M 2009: EUR
3.5 million). In the first nine months of 2010, maintenance revenues raised
up by 12 percent to app. EUR 3.7 million (9M 2009: EUR 3.3 million).
Services revenues are estimated to rise up 21 percent to EUR 2.9 million
(9M 2009: EUR 2.4 million).

For the fiscal year 2010 InVision Software AG expects revenues of EUR 15
million and an EBIT of EUR 1 million.
