Notice Regarding Acquired Ordinary Registered Shares of ELEKTROS TINKLO PASLAUGOS ir TETAS UAB

Joint-stock company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA, a joint-stock company established and
functioning under laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code
220551550, registered address Elektrinės g. 21, Elektrėnai (hereinafter - the
Company), data of the company are collected and stored at the Register of Legal
Entities, hereby informs that while implementing electricity sector
reorganization plan and pursuant to resolutions adopted at the general
shareholders meeting dated September 28, 2010, by entering into shares signing
contracts on October 14, 2010 acquired 4,731,440 (four million seven hundred
thirty one thousand four hundred and forty) newly issued ordinary registered
shares of ELEKTROS TINKLO PASLAUGOS UAB (legal entity code 300072351,
registered address Motorų g. 2, Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania) with the
nominal value  equal to 1 (one) litas, which comprises approximately 28.86 per
cent of all shares of ELEKTROS TINKLO PASLAUGOS UAB and 3,454,350 (three
million four hundred fifty four thousand three hundred and fifty) newly issued
ordinary registered shares of TETAS UAB (legal entity code 300513148,
registered address Senamiesčio g. 102B, Panevėžys, the Republic of Lithuania)
with the nominal value equal to 1 (one) litas, which comprises approximately
60.97 per cent of all shares of TETAS UAB. 

The Company and TETAS UAB, by entering into shares signing contract, have
agreed that the newly issued ordinary registered shares of TETAS UAB with the
nominal value of 1 (one) litas will be paid by the Company in monetary and
non-monetary deposits.  In this way, having entered into the aforesaid shares
signing contract, the Company transferred to TETAS UAB 430,400 (four hundred
thirty thousand four hundred) ordinary registered non-material shares of
Energetikos Pajėgos UAB (legal entity code 136046431, registered address T.
Masiulio g. 16D, Kaunas, the Republic of Lithuania), comprising 100 (one
hundred) per cent of Energetikos Pajėgos UAB authorized capital.
