NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board resolved on its meeting of October 20, 2010 to resume the trading in AS “SAF Tehnika” shares (SAF1R). Continous trading with an open call auction will start at 11:50 (EET). Order management will be possible at 11:40 (EET), continuous trading will start at 11:50 (EET). Trading in AS “SAF Tehnika” shares was suspended taking into account the application made by SAF Tehnika where the company asked the Stock Exchange to suspend trading in SAF Tehnika shares during the annual general meeting of shareholders on October 20 where it was planned to adopt material resolutions. SAF Tehnika has submitted the resolutions of the annual general meeting of shareholders, therefore the company has eliminated all reasons, based on which trading was suspended.
