On October 20, 2010, Prof. Dr. Siegert, Germany, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on HAMBORNER REIT AG, Duisburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0006013006, WKN:
601300, have fallen below the 10% limit of the Voting Rights on October 11,
2010 and on that day amounted to 8.15% (this corresponds to 2.781.000
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 8.15% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2.781.000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Siegert.
Attributed voting rights are thereby held trough the following entities
controlled by it that each hold 3 percent or more of the voting rights in
HAMBORNER REIT AG: Siegert & Cie. GmbH.
