Board of AS “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” Continues Operations in the Previous Composition

The Council of AS “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” has elected the Board of the
bank in its previous composition. 

Chairman of the Board Aldis Reims, Member of the Board (Deputy Chairman of the
Board) Dmitrijs Latiševs, Members of the Board Tatjana Drobina, Aleksandrs
Halturins, and Leonarda Višņevska will continue their work at the Board of AS
“Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums””. 

In accordance with the Articles of Association the Board has been elected for
one year.

Baltikums Bankas Grupa and by 100% belongs to Latvian companies - family
