has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005508105, WKN: 550810, have exceeded the 15% limit
of the Voting Rights on October 19, 2010 and on that day amounted to 15.36%
(this corresponds to 2101334 Voting Rights).
On October 20, 2010, Mr. Dirk RoÃmann, Deutschland, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005508105, WKN: 550810, have exceeded the 15% limit of the Voting Rights
on October 19, 2010 and on that day amounted to 15.36% (this corresponds to
2101334 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 15.36%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2101334 Voting Rights) are to be
attributed to Mr. Dirk RoÃmann.
The attributed Voting Rights are held via the Rossmann Beteiligungs GmbH,
Burgwedel, Germany which is controlled by Mr. Dirk RoÃmann.
