Winnweiler-Langmeil, October 25, 2010. MOBOTIX AG (ISIN DE0005218309), a
system provider for high-resolution and network-based video security
systems, has announced the preliminary financial results for the first
three months of the fiscal year 2010/11 ended September 30, 2010.
MOBOTIX Group had a very successful start into the new business year
achieving a strong revenue growth of 42 % totalling a EUR 15.1 million in
revenue in the first quarter (prior year: EUR 10.6 million).
Net income for the period (after taxes) was doubled to EUR 2.9 million with
an increase of the EBIT margin up to 25.5 %. EBITDA was increased from EUR
2.5 million to EUR 4.8 million resulting in an EBITDA margin of 29.4 %
(prior year: 21.9 %). EBIT was doubled to EUR 4.2 million. Earnings per
share amounted to 0.66 EUR (prior year: 0.31 EUR).
The financial results of the first quarter of the business year 2010/11
will be presented by MOBOTIX Group management board at the German Equity
Forum of Deutsche Börse AG on November 22, 2010 at 4.30 PM (German time) in
the 'Zürich' room.
The general meeting of the shareholders will take place on October, 28,
2010 at the MOBOTIX Headquarters in Langmeil.
