On October 26, 2010, BlackRock, Inc., New York, USA  has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Essen, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006070006, WKN: 607000, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on October 20, 2010 and on that day amounted to 3.005% (this corresponds to
2103325 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.005% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2103325 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
