With reference to Chapter 4 Section 9 in the Financial Instruments
Trading Act, it is hereby announced that subscription by exercise of
subscription rights in the rights issue in Aerocrine has increased the
number of shares and votes in Aerocrine during October 2010 as specified
in the table below.
