us pursuant to sections 21 para. 1 WpHG on October 29, 2010 that its
percentage of voting rights in our company exceeded the thresholds of 3% on
October 26, 2010 and amounts to 4.11% (1,403,265 voting rights) as per this
date.
Thereof 4.11% (1,403,265 voting rights) are attributed to it according to
section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 no. 2 WpHG.
