Prepayment of DKK 8.2bn senior debt

Today, TDC A/S announces that it will prepay approx. DKK 8.2bn of the
outstanding debt under the Senior Facilities Agreement on 12 November 2010. The
prepayment of debt will be made with proceeds from the divestment of Sunrise
Communications AG. 

The remaining debt under the Senior Facilities Agreement will hereafter amount
to approx. DKK 17.9bn.
