YIT CORPORATION'S FINANCIAL REPORTING AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2011
YIT will publish the financial statements bulletin for 2010 on February 4, 2011.
Annual Report 2010 including the Financial Statements will be published during
week 7/2011.
Three Interim Reports will be published in 2011:
Interim Report for January-March on April 29, 2011
Interim Report for January-June on August 4, 2011
Interim Report for January-September on October 28, 2011
Financial statements and Interim Reports will be published at 8:00 a.m. Finnish
time (EEST).
Closed period prior to each earnings announcements starts on January 1, April 1,
July 1, October 1 and lasts until the publication of the respective earnings
announcement.
YIT Corporation's Annual General Meeting will be held on March 11, 2011 in
Helsinki. The meeting will be convened by the company's Board of Directors later
on. Possible requests from shareholders to put matters on the agenda of 2011
Annual General Meeting shall be submitted not later than 14 January 2011. The
