SA/NV), Paris, France, informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1
German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:

Correction of the notification pursuant sec. 21 para 1 WpHG

We hereby give notice that our voting interest in KUKA AG fell below the
threshold of 3% on April 15, 2008 and amounts to 2.93% (779.455 voting
rights) on that day.

These 2.93% (779.455 voting rights) are to be attributed to us pursuant
sec. 22 para 1 sent 1 no. 6, sent 2 WpHG from Artemis European Growth Fund.





On October 25, 2010, Fortis Bank SA/NV, Brussels, Belgium, informed us in
accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as
follows:

Correction of the notification pursuant sec. 21 para 1 WpHG (dated 18th
August 2010)

We hereby give notice that our voting interest in KUKA AG fell below the
threshold of 3% on April 15, 2008 and amounts to 2.93% (779.455 voting
rights) on that day.

These 2.93% (779.455 voting rights) are to be attributed to us pursuant
sec. 22 para 1 sent 1 no. 6, sent 2 WpHG from Artemis European Growth Fund.
