(Pink Sheets:SIVC) today announced the hiring of two new analysts by the company's Redwood Capital subsidiary operating in China. The two new analysts, Wade Li Cui and Ekaterina Terskin, will perform a variety of tasks including managing and performing due diligence on client firms and drafting business plans and prospectuses for institutional investors.
Redwood Capital assists private Chinese companies through the process of accessing capital markets through Alternative Public Offerings (APO) transactions. The company has worked with clients that are now publicly traded in the United States and Canada and has several clients under contract that are being prepared for similar transactions, as well as maintaining a pipeline of potential clients operating in China and Mongolia. The new analysts are currently working with Redwood Capital clients to prepare them for potential future reverse merger and financing transactions.
