SCANFIL PLC'S REPRESENTATION IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF KITRON ASA            

In the extraordinary general meeting of Kitron ASA, held on 8 November 2010, the
board member of Scanfil plc Asa-Matti Lyytinen and President of Scanfil plc     
Harri Takanen were elected as board members of Kitron ASA until the annual      
general meeting of 2012. In it's organizing meeting, held after the General     
Meeting, the Board of Directors elected Asa-Matti Lyytinen as the Chairman of   
the Board of Directors of Kitron ASA.                                           

The extraordinary general meeting elected also the member of board of Scanfil   
plc Tuomo Lähdesmäki as member of the nomination committee of Kitron ASA until  
the annual general meeting of 2012.
