has notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on November 5, 2010
its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Grasbrunn/Munich, Germany fell below the
threshold of 3 % and amounted to 2.88 % (2,936,124 voting rights). These
voting rights of 2.88 % (2,936,124 voting rights) were attributable to
International Value Advisers, LLC according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1,
number 6 WpHG.
