Matthew Raymond and his associates ("Raymond Group") hereby report that on November 9, 2010 as a group they have collectively sold, by way of a private transaction, 5,960,430 common shares in capital of Allied Northern Capital Corporation ("Allied"), for a price of $0.104 per share.
