NetWrix Reports Record Growth Through First 3 Quarters of 2010

Total Revenue Growth of 155%, Continued Technology Innovation, and Widespread Industry Recognition

PARAMUS, NJ--(Marketwire - November 16, 2010) - NetWrix Corporation, the innovation leader in systems management and compliance solutions, today announced the company's record-setting revenue growth through the first three quarters of 2010, which at an increase of 155%, greatly exceeds the industry average. The major increase in revenue is indicative of the fact that NetWrix also enjoyed a 109% increase in new customers through the first three quarters of 2010, when compared to the same three quarters of 2009. These latest numbers reflect NetWrix's influence as an emerging brand within the industry, and further demonstrate the profitability and innovation that the company has experienced since its inception in 2006.

"It's amazing to hear IT professionals everywhere talking about NetWrix in a very positive light," said NetWrix President and CEO Michael Fimin. "Among those people, many have been long-time NetWrix customers and this clearly demonstrates our long-term commitment to great customer service, technology innovation, affordable pricing strategy, and our willingness to listen to customer feedback. Customer loyalty is a testament to our commitment to going as many extra miles as necessary in order to ensure 100% satisfaction and achievement of customer goals."

Quick summary of NetWrix success:

  • Awards

The company received many industry awards in 2010, including WindowSecurity.com Gold Award for Excellence (Change Auditing), WindowSecurity.com Readers' Choice Award (Group Policy Auditing), Best of Microsoft Tech-Ed 2010 (Endpoint Security) and nominations in 13 Windows IT Pro Readers' Choice Award categories, as well as 12 in the Redmond Readers' Choice Award categories.

NetWrix was once again recognized as a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, earning the distinction through 2011, as a result of continued improvement upon Microsoft standards.

  • Internal Expansion

As a result of the expanding customer base and market share, NetWrix saw significant internal expansions, including a sales team that doubled in size, and a growing support team that now boasts a support-per-salesperson ratio of 10-1.

  • Geographic Expansion

The NetWrix headquarters doubled in size. Globally, NetWrix now does business in multiple countries.

  • New Products

NetWrix introduced the Change Reporter Suite in the first quarter of 2010. The suite provides detailed change auditing and reporting for the entire IT infrastructure: who changed what, when and where in Active Directory, Group Policy, MS Exchange, SharePoint, file servers and filer appliances (NetApp, EMC), SQL Server, VMware, System Center Virtual Machine Manager and other systems. The Suite has quickly become one of the best-selling offerings, and has been recognized by various industry experts.

The SharePoint Change Reporter, first released in July 2010, audits all administrative changes made to SharePoint farms, servers, and sites, as well as their settings and permissions. The product is a part of the Change Reporter Suite and is also available separately.

The new version of USB Blocker was released with several upgrades that significantly improved the NetWrix endpoint security offering. Major new features include granular access control, a web-based console that allows administrators to monitor deployments and endpoint status information, and compatibility with all Windows client operating systems.

In May 2010, NetWrix took a major step towards the creation of greener computing environments, releasing the Workstation Power Saving Manager, a new product that automatically enforces energy conservation. The product automatically puts computers to power save modes during non-business hours and wakes them up when users need them or for maintenance operations, allowing organizations to reduce the power bills and maintain sustainable IT environments.

The Exchange Mail Archiver was first released in May 2010, to automate e-Discovery and e-mail archiving processes in Exchange systems while improving data storage efficiency and server performance without hurting the end-user productivity. The product archives all e-mail messages in a central location, optimized for quick search and e-Discovery requests, and optionally removes the archived messages from user mailboxes to reduce Exchange storage use.

The Server Configuration Change Reporter, formerly known as Server Configuration Monitor, was re-designed from scratch with new features that enable automated auditing and reporting of who changed what, when, and where in Windows server configurations: hardware devices, drivers, installed software, services, system registry, local users and groups, networking settings, etc. The product has become a part of the Change Reporter Suite and is available individually.

  • NetWrix in the News

Positive reviews by Windows IT Pro, Redmond Magazine, TechRepublic, WindowSecurity.com, 4Sysops.com, ZDnet, CMSwire, SharePointPro, ECMconnection, MSexchange.org, Network World and many other publications recognized the high quality and innovation of NetWrix solutions.

  • Customer Loyalty

"NetWrix is pleased to have enjoyed growth and enhancements in virtually all aspects of the organization throughout the first 3 quarters of 2010," said Fimin. "Our positive relationship with all NetWrix customers has kept them loyal, while our commitment to innovation continues to attract new clients, and that has enabled us to keep growing and moving in the right direction."

The voice of customers says it all.

"NetWrix support did an impeccable job, and I want to add that I'm impressed with the system," said Dr. Gary Kerbaugh, Operations and Systems Analyst of Fayetteville State University. "In the past, the best help I've gotten came from support units with maximal access to developers. The fact that developers were so involved in this issue is thus a great sign."

Another long-time NetWrix customer, Ambers Ferrara of Transplace, said, "The sales team was knowledgeable of the products and was willing to work with us to adjust the licensing model to meet our requirements. The technical support team responded rapidly to our support tickets and followed up efficiently."
