AB Ukio bankas' issues with codes LT0000102352 - 245,824,000 units and
LT0000128399 - 50,000,000 units at Central Securities Depository of Lithuania
(hereinafter - depository) were merged into one account on 17 November 2010.
After the assimilation the code of AB Ukio bankas issue of ordinary registered
shares at depository is LT0000102352, the size of issue - 295,824,000 units. 

The authorizations to provide additional information are vested in Marius
Arlauskas, Head of Financial Institutions and Fund Raising Department, +370 37
301 332.
