On November 18, 2010, Sparinvest Holding A/S, Taastrup, Dänemark has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Essen, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006070006, WKN: 607000, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on January 17, 2008 and on that day amounted to 2.90% (this
corresponds to 2028674 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.90% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2028674 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
