In connection with the opening of new ISINs by Nykredit Realkredit A/S, "Final
terms for the prospectus for the offering of SDOs in Nykredit Realkredit A/S,
Capital Centre E, series 31E (floating-rate non-callable bonds, amortisation
dependent on payments on underlying loans)" have been amended. 

Amendments to the final terms of series 31E appear from Appendix 1.

The prospectus for the offering of SDOs in Nykredit Realkredit A/S, Capital
Centre E, including the final bond terms, is available at nykredit.com/ir.
