LITGRID turtas AB submitted an application for admission of its securities to the Secondary list

On November 22, 2010 LITGRID turtas AB submitted an application for admission
of its securities to the Secondary list. 

The NASDAQ OMX Vilnius board will adopt decision concerning admission of
LITGRID turtas AB securities to the Secondary list when the transfer of all
assets, rights and duties under conditions defined in the spin-off terms is
finalized and the final spin-off balance sheets of the Company are announced.
