Jim Law new Business Area President for Trelleborg Automotive

Jim Law has been appointed Business Area President for Trelleborg
Automotive. He will assume his position on January 1, 2011 and succeeds
Roger Johansson, who is resigning his position for a new post outside
Trelleborg.

Jim has extensive experience in the automotive industry and has held
several executive positions at Trelleborg since 1997. He is currently
responsible for the Business Unit Antivibration Solutions, which
comprises approximately 75 percent of Trelleborg Automotive's
operations.

“Jim has played a key role in driving the successful change process and
the repositioning that has occurred within Trelleborg Automotive in the
past years,” says Peter Nilsson, President and CEO of Trelleborg. “It
feels right and natural that Jim, who is already responsible for the
majority of Trelleborg Automotive, will now take over and continue to
further develop the operations. He has in-depth knowledge of the
operations, strong customer focus and extensive global experience.”

Roger Johansson, Business Area President for Trelleborg Automotive since
2007, will resign from this position at year-end 2010 and assume a
position as CEO and President for the Swedish publicly listed company BE
Group AB.

“Roger Johansson has done an excellent job with Trelleborg Automotive
and created a strong position and improved profitability for this
operation,” says Peter Nilsson. “Together with employees at Trelleborg
Automotive he has created the prerequisites for growth and developed a
strategic platform that encourages new opportunities. I would like to
express my gratitude and wish him all the best in his new position.”
