following notification from Norges Bank Investment Management, Oslo,
Norway, in its name and its behalf:
In the name of Norges Bank, we hereby notify pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1
WpHG that on 10/11/2010 the voting rights of Norges Bank in Roth & Rau AG,
Hohenstein-Ernstthal, Germany, fell under the threshold 3% and amounts to
2.53% (410,461 voting rights) as of 10/11/2010.
The voting rights are held by Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway),
organisation number: 937 884 117.

Norway, Oslo, Norway in the name and on behalf of the state of Norway:
In the name and on behalf of the state of Norway we hereby notify pursuant
to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 10.11.2010 the voting rights of the state
of Norway in Roth & Rau AG, Hohenstein-Ernstthal, Germany, fell under the
threshold 3% and amounts to 2.53% (410,461 voting rights) as of 10.11.2010.
The voting rights are held by Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway),
organisation number: 937 884 117. Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway) is
controlled by the state of Norway, and voting rights held by Norges Bank
are to be attributed to the state of Norway pursuant sec. 22 para. 1 sent.
