The consolidated pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the nine months
of 2010 prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards: 

- Sales for the nine months of 2010 - LTL 1218.4 million (EUR 352.9 million),
for the nine months of 2009 - LTL 867.7 million (EUR 251.3 million); 

- Profit before tax for the nine months of 2010 - LTL 107.1 million (EUR 31.0
million), for the nine months of 2009 - LTL 79.5 million (EUR 23.0 million); 

- Net profit for the nine months of 2010 - LTL 92.3 million (EUR 26.7 million),
for the nine months of 2009 - LTL 64.8 million (EUR 18.8 million).
