With reference to article 84, of the act on securites transactions, Icelandair Group announces that shares in the Company are now 3,941,000,000 of nominal value. Each share carries one vote and therefore votes in the Company are 3,941,000,000. Notice is drawn to the fact that Icelandair‘s Group own shares, which are 0.65%, do not carry voting right which increases the volume of active votes.
