The Swedish Pensions Agency chose Cybercom's portal service for
information security governance

The Swedish Pensions Agency manages pension investments for the Swedish
public. It has selected Cybercom's portal service to manage its
information security. The assignment is the first business deal in the
major framework agreement for e-government support services that the
Legal, Financial, and Administrative Services Agency signed with
Cybercom and a few weeks ago.

"It feels great to be first company to receive business from this key
frame agreement," says Anders Franzén, vice managing director for Sweden
at Cybercom. "This is the first demonstration that governmental agencies
are choosing cloud services for their e-government needs. At Cybercom,
this is an area that we really believe in."

The assignment to support the Swedish Pensions Agency management of
information security with Cybercom Compliance Portal, Cybercom's portal
solution for compliance management, is effective until further notice.
In 2011, Cybercom will also assist the agency in implementing a
decentralised governance model for information security on a consulting
basis.

"These IT security efforts in the Pensions Agency will contribute to
establishing security and confidence for our operations," says Henrik
Engström, director of the security team at the Swedish Pensions Agency.
"We have chosen a decentralised method of action for security governance
as support to our implementation of our internal security framework."

Through this cloud service, the Swedish Pensions Agency receives access
to functions such as management of security requirements, risk analyses,
and reporting frameworks for agency security efforts. The solution
supports individual employee's security work, while creating a central
overview.

"We're assisting the Swedish Pensions Agency with a simple method to
gain an immediate overview of the agency's security status," says Bengt
Berg, head of PCI DSS services at Cybercom Sweden.
