PHOENIX, Dec. 20, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- iMergent, Inc. (AMEX:IIG), a leading provider of eCommerce software, web site development, web hosting and search engine optimization for businesses and entrepreneurs, today announced its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on January 7, 2011 to stockholders of record as of December 30, 2010.
