Comptel Corporation has been notified today on 22 December 2010, in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of changes in the company's ownership.
Elisa Corporation (business identity code 0116510-6) has sold through stock trading its share ownership in Comptel Corporation to its 100% owned subsidiary Saunalahti Group Oyj (business identity code 1064333-3). Following the transaction, Elisa Corporation’s direct ownership in Comptel Corporation has decreased from 13.36% to below the 5% threshold, but the Group’s ownership will remain unchanged.
