TCL Unveils Next-Generation Product Line Up at CES 2011

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - January 6, 2011) - TCL Corporation, a leader in consumer electronics, unveiled its next generation of innovative products and solutions, including Android-based smart phones, internet TV, MIDs, 3D LED TVs and more, at the 44th Consumer Electronics Show (CES). TCL's innovative products will be on display at Booth #10631 during the International Consumer Electronics Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), from January 6 - 9, 2011.

"Consumers look to us for quality products at reasonable prices. This year, we are bringing innovative lifestyle products that have multiple applications to provide our customers with a unique experience," said QC Liang, General Manager-Branding of TCL Corporation.

Since making its debut at the CES last year, TCL adheres to its belief that R&D is the key to bringing diverse technology matching an equally diverse consumer demographic. Previously the company participated in the CES under RCA brand.

TCL impressed guests with its 3D and MiTV at 2010 CES. This year, TCL will focus on a range of Android-based products, including China's first domestic Android TV launched by TCL, featuring an open-source platform enabling developers to create various programs and widgets for the system. Other Android products include TCL's smart phone and MID, which feature a full-range of products allowing consumers to access a variety of applications, utilities, and functions in a streamlined device.

TCL is the sole company that delivers TV products powered by all 3D display technologies, which TCL proudly provided as a partner of the Guangzhou 2010 Asian Games last November. In addition to the commercialized 3D autostereoscopic TV (a glasses free 3D TV), on display at this year's CES is TCL's 3D shutter glass and 3D pattern retarder LED Internet HDTVs. TCL's 3D LED TVs all incorporate a series of technologies to reduce viewer's eye glare through the use of a combination of polarized and natural light.

Some other highlights of the exhibition will include TCL's Health LCD TV, SoHo LCD TV, videos and players with Blu-ray technology, a new wave in HD development.

TCL will also liven its presence at this year's CES, bringing the first 3D animated version of China's famous painting, The Night Revels of Han Xizai, by Gu Hongzhong, a Chinese painter during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period. TCL will treat CES attendants to a tasteful art exhibition of China's Terracotta Army using 3D technology. Visitors of the CES will not need to leave the country to see China's iconic collection of terracotta sculptures, brought to life at TCL's exhibition.

TCL's brand profile has been on a steady rise -- standing for "The Creative Life," TCL's tag line is reflective of the corporation's aspirations to build itself into one of the most innovative and resourceful enterprises in the field of consumer electronics.
