Autoliv Invites to Q4, 2010, Teleconference

In yesterday's invitation to our earnings teleconference on February 1,
the related earning release times were incorrectly stated. The correct
earning release time is 11:30 CET (10:30 UK Time and 5:30 a.m. EST). We
apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

its Financial Report for the fourth quarter and full year 2010, on
Tuesday February 1, at 11:30, Central European Time (10:30 a.m. UK Time
and 5:30 a.m. EST), half an hour earlier that usual. The report will be
