In accordance with Section 21 (1) WpHG, S.K. Management- und Beteiligungs
GmbH, Baden-Baden, Deutschland, has provided notification to us that on
January 27, 2011, its share of voting rights in schlott gruppe AG,
Wittlensweilerstraße 3, 72250 Freudenstadt (WKN 504 630), felt below the
threshold of 5% and 3% and that its share of voting rights now amounts to
2.09% (= 146,751 voting rights of 7,031,426 voting rights).

In accordance to Section 21 (1) in conjunction with Section 22 (1) sentence
1 no. 1 WpHG, Mr. Sigmund Kiener, Germany, has provided notification to us
that on January 27, 2011, his share of voting rights in schlott gruppe AG,
Wittlensweilerstraße 3, 72250 Freudenstadt (WKN 504 630), felt below the
threshold of 5% and 3% and that his share of voting rights now amounts to
2.09% (= 146,751 voting rights of 7,031,426 voting rights). According to
Section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG the 2.09% (146,751 voting rights) held
by S.K. Management- und Beteiligungs GmbH, Baden-Baden, controlled by Mr.
Sigmund Kiener, are to be attributed to him.
