On February 14, 2011, Mr Prof. Dr. Hasso Plattner, Deutschland has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his
Voting Rights on RIB Software AG, Stuttgart, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0Z2XN6, WKN: A0Z2XN, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting
Rights on February 10, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.86% (this
corresponds to 1495968 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.86% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1495968 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Plattner  via Hasso Plattner Ventures II GmbH & Co. KG 
and  Hasso Plattner Ventures Management GmbH.
