informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
voting rights on Praktiker Bau- und Heimwerkermärkte Holding AG, Kirkel,
Germany, ISIN: DE000A0F6MD5, WKN: A0F6MD, have exceeded the 3 % limit of
the Voting Rights on February 9, 2011, and on that day amounted to 3.08 %
(this corresponds to 1787500 voting rights).

According to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG, 3.08 % of the
voting rights (this corresponds to 1787500 voting rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
