its Voting Rights on SMA Solar Technology AG, Niestetal, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0DJ6J9, WKN: A0DJ6J , have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on February 11, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.02% (this
corresponds to 1047892 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.02% of
