As published in its announcement No. 17/2010, at Topdanmark’s EGM on 23 November 2010 it was decided to write down the Company’s share capital by 1,560,203 shares. It was also announced that the reduction in capital would be reported to the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency on 23 November 2010 and in practice, the reduction would be effected on the expiry of the time limit for filing objections.
The time limit has expired without any objections. Therefore, following Topdanmark's application for registration of the reduction with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency, the reduction was finally effected today.
Following the cancellation of these shares, Topdanmark’s share capital will be DKK 155,267,500, equivalent to 15,526,750 shares.
