Juozapavičiaus g. 13, Vilnius, data about the Company are collected and stored at the Register of Legal Entities, hereby informs that the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy (hereinafter – the Commission) by Resolution No 03-33, dated February 24, 2011 terminated validity of the electricity transmission license No L1-EP-2, issued to LITGRID AB by the Commission Resolution No 03-267 dated December 28, 2009 and changed by the Commission Resolution No 03-221, dated October 15, 2010, enforcing such termination on March 1, 2011.
The Commission by Resolution No 03-34, dated February 24, 2011 issued an electricity transmission license No L1-3(EP) (attached) to LITGRID Turtas AB, which will come into force on March 1, 2011.
