Finnair offers travel services and tips to mobile users


Finnair is launching a new service directed at mobile phone users, which gathers together travel-related services and offers comprehensive travel guidelines and tips. The mobile service can be used in over 3 000 different mobile phones. The service can be found at the address m.finnair.com.

The service offers for the customer's use functions that make travelling easier, such as check-in by mobile phone as well as the chance to edit bookings or check the latest flight information. Customers will also be able to access information on the various stages of travel and more than 50 destinations, and maps of more than 40 airports.

– Finnair has long been a pioneer in the development and utilisation of electronic services. We want to offer customers increasingly flexible and diverse services, which will also be accessible to more customers than before, explains Finnair's Senior Vice President, Customer Service Anssi Komulainen

The mobile service is now open and it operates in 14 languages in 36 countries, therefore providing a service to all of Finnair's customers.
